You may also approve timesheets by logging into the StaffSource Web Portal.
Employees are able to access timesheets no later than Wednesday of each week. They may be able to access timesheets earlier in the week, depending on the completion of our payroll process.
Timesheets can be approved as soon as your temporary employee has submitted their timesheet, and you have received the “Employee timesheet submission” email.
Timesheets should be approved no later than 10:00 am EST each Tuesday.
No – Per our computer system, only one individual is able to receive the email, obtain login information, and approve timesheets. However, if you would like to have someone else approve your temporary employee’s timesheet, you can let us know ahead of time and we can change that in our system.
Yes, simply inform one of our representatives ahead of time, so we may grant access to the new person in our system.
