StaffSource is working with an insurance company in West Knoxville seeking Customer and Client Support Representatives for a full-time, temporary role. These individuals will be taking overflow phone calls from customers calling in to sign up during the Open Enrollment period. They will also be assisting business associates with basic website customer support.
Individuals interested in this role should have a professional phone manner, and solid communication skills. They should also feel very comfortable using a computer and be able to quickly pick up on new processes.
