Job Description

Summary

Promote company image through professional service and actions. Responsible for all tasks associated with office support while assisting in sales and administrative duties for the business

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Maintains customer account database by inputting and updating customer profiles
  2. Responsible for review, accurately processing and management of customer quotation requests and orders
  3. Assigns and updates quote tasks to appropriate sales reps through the sales CRM
  4. Processes refunds, product exchanges and items missing from shipments as directed by sales representative or manager
  5. Maintains filing of daily orders received
  6. Works with sales and accounting teams to ensure adherence to business rules associated with customer order entry and invoice generation
  7. Audits open order report for the overall sales department on a weekly basis
  8. Provide ideas and feedback to management on how to automate work, eliminate errors, streamline work flow, and better serve customers and improve company response time and policies
  9. Supports sales team by assisting with direct mail marketing campaigns including catalog requests and thank you cards
  10.  Assists sales team with various projects as assigned by the Sales Manager

11.   Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience ideal
