StaffSource is working with a company in the Greater Nashville Area seeking a Senior Help Desk Specialist. This individual will be an integral part of the IT team acting as a liaison between help desk and system administration. Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Software testing and validation
- Train end users on IT systems and processes
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or web requests
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office required.
- Use of Track-IT helpdesk software a plus
