StaffSource is working with a client in the Greater Nashville Area seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a direct hire opportunity. This individual must possess technical aptitude and be customer service oriented. This role will provide hardware and software technical support for internal and external clients.
- 3+ years experience in a corporate service desk environment
- Demonstrated experience with ticketing systems
- Strong understanding of Active Directory
- VPN connectivity troubleshooting
- A good working knowledge of networks and servers
- Customer service skills
