  1. Windows Server & Virtualization 2012-2016 (Active Directory, GPO’s)
  2. Attention to detail: punctuality, scheduling, & documentation


Prefer Have’s:  

  1. Microsoft Office 365 Support
  2. Experience implementing and maintaining backup solutions/disaster recovery
  3. Network Security Knowledge
  4. Previous Managed Service Provider experience (able to support multiple clients)

Cirrus IT Solutions is a growing Technology Service Provider. You will fill a support role to provide end-user, and internal support for multiple systems, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues, hardware maintenance, AD administration, coordinating application and system issue escalations, and additional basic responsibilities.

A successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills via phone, in person, and email as well as desktop, network, and server experience. Duties will include site visits. Hours of work are stable; however, some evening or weekend work will be required for projects on occasion. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to efficiently solve technical issues ranging from desktops and servers to networks.

Position Responsibilities:

·        Working with clients and addressing their IT administration and support needs

·        Work with clients to understand their business needs and identify and recommend solutions to make their operations more efficient

·        Ensure that clients' infrastructure is healthy, stable, documented, and configured with accepted IT best practices

·        Stay abreast of client needs at all times and address with urgency

·        Communicate constantly with co-workers and clients to ensure clients' expectations are met and exceeded
