What is RPO?

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is correctly defined as outsourcing or contracting out select components/processes within the recruitment cycle.  It is a sustained and clearly defined process with related expectations for timing and performance that provides a predictable and customized sourcing and/or recruiting engine for your business.

Available RPO programs:
Enterprise RPO
Company-wide outsourcing of most or all of the sourcing and recruiting processes to StaffSource RPO, to include job posting, sourcing, screening/interviewing, background/drug/employment checks, and onboarding.

Project RPO
Project or department centric outsourcing of most or all of the sourcing and recruiting processes to StaffSource RPO.  Project RPO provides on-demand assistance to manage recruitment spikes, short-term recruiting projects and specialized staffing needs.

Point-of-Service RPO
Outsourcing of specific parts of the recruiting process to increase the quality of candidates, the efficiency of the process and/or reduce costs.
