About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our fast-paced automotive team. This role is essential in supporting the dealership’s financial and operational processes. From managing vehicle floor plans to processing commissions and audits, you will be the steady hand behind our day-to-day accounting success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pay off floor-planned vehicles and process related financial documentation
  • Print and distribute reports from the manufacturer’s online portal
  • Register aftermarket products and handle cancellations/refunds
  • Process bi-weekly commissions for sales staff and monthly payouts for managers
  • Post banking transactions and maintain balanced schedules
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and year-end audits
  • Match vehicle schedule accounts and balance sublet schedules
  • Support the completion of annual reviews and financial audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5+ years experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional, ethical, and dependable work ethic
  • Must maintain a consistent schedule and be reliable during core business hours
