HR Manager

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary HR leader for north Georgia operations
• Lead implementation of new human resources processes
• Lead and direct investigations, progressive discipline, and employee relations to ensure all involved are treated fairly and with respect
• Lead in local recruiting and training efforts
• Be a senior business partner for Sunbelt president and leaders
• Integrate employees of future acquisitions into business and culture
• Manage tactical and strategic HR responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• 4-year degree; Business, HR Management, or related major preferred
• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in construction, transportation, or manufacturing, management experience highly preferred
• Experience with HRIS systems, Arcoro preferred
• Working knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Knowledge of wage and hour regulations at federal and state levels required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, Spanish skills a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
