Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient functioning. This role is pivotal in maintaining an organized and productive work environment, supporting the executive team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication within the office and with external stakeholders.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.

Operations Management:

  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Experience supporting executive-level staff is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office management software and tools.
  • Understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
