We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Office Secretary to support the daily administrative operations of our office. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage voicemail and email correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Perform data entry and assist with light bookkeeping or invoicing as needed.
- Order and stock office supplies and maintain a tidy front office space.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support additional administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training a plus.
- 1–2 years of office experience in an administrative, receptionist, or secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
