Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage voicemail and email correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Perform data entry and assist with light bookkeeping or invoicing as needed.
  • Order and stock office supplies and maintain a tidy front office space.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support additional administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training a plus.
  • 1–2 years of office experience in an administrative, receptionist, or secretarial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
