Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing various office operations, including, but not limited to,: Assisting in document preparation, creating/maintaining various spreadsheets and using adobe to create and send information, handling office supplies and equipment and directing customer service inquiries. This role is pivotal in supporting ongoing projects, coordinating key activities, and ensuring smooth office operations to meet the company’s needs and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Use of various Office related programs
o Assist in HR-related document preparation as needed.
o Create/maintain various spreadsheets for both accounting and customer service needs.
o Use adobe to create documents for vendors and customers as required.
Office Duties
o Track various calendar events both in Outlook and on Calendar board.
o Work with vendors for office machine repairs and/or office maintenance.
o Maintain inventory of supplies
o Ordering of supplies as needed
Customer Service
o Use of phone and email to direct customer inquiries to appropriate personnel
Skills:
· Office suite programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook (Required)
· Adobe
· Data entry
· Phone etiquette
· Strong written/verbal skills
