Server Infrastructure Engineer

• Infrastructure Design & Implementation:
  • Assist in implementation of complex infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud-based systems.
  • Implementation and integration of new infrastructure technologies and solutions.
  • Ensure the high availability, performance, and scalability of critical infrastructure components.
• Documentation
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and procedures.
  • Document infrastructure best practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and documentation portals.
• System Administration & Troubleshooting:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, including system performance problems, security breaches, and service outages.
  • Identify and address potential infrastructure issues.
  • Perform advanced system administration tasks, including performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Deep expertise in server, storage, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, virtualization technologies).
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in security best practices and threat mitigation strategies.

• Automation & Orchestration:
  • Develop and implement advanced automation solutions using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) & orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Automate routine tasks and streamline infrastructure operations.
