Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee operations supporting both the Construction and Service divisions of our business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in inventory management, tool and fleet oversight, and logistical coordination to job sites. The role requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Maintain responsibility for replenishment inventory, ensuring accurate restocking of technician vehicles based on usage reports.
  • Manage inventory intake and order materials as needed based on replenishment sheets and service documentation.
  • Monitor tool storage and cooling system management.

Field Logistics Support

  • Act as key point of contact for urgent field needs—e.g., sourcing and delivering equipment to technicians on-site.
  • Coordinate any last minute or missing material deliveries to job sites in both the service and construction divisions.

Fleet & Equipment Oversight

  • Maintain a fleet of service vehicles, overseeing mileage tracking, scheduled maintenance, and vendor coordination (e.g., Redline Mobile for oil changes and tire rotations).
  • Track and manage equipment and tool condition, replacements, and certification requirements.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of 3 full-time warehouse employees and seasonal support staff.
  • Ensure staff adherence to safety protocols, inventory procedures, and warehouse standards.
  • Coordinate schedules

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics; team management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive and operate a forklift (certification preferred).
  • Basic Excel skills a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license (Clean MVR).
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Hands-on role in a dynamic warehouse environment supporting both field construction and service teams.
  • Requires physical activity including forklift operation, loading/unloading materials.
