Position Responsibilities

• Place material orders with specified suppliers to support production/parts requirements.
• To include: MRP analysis, MRO requirements and KanBan program support.
• Coordinate material deliveries with production schedule requirements.
• Maintain off-set parameters within the overall value stream map in regards to material availability.
• Management of excess/obsolete material.
• Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Management of supplier base.
• Management of cost improvement (cost take out) projects.
• Efficiently analyze and process daily emergencies that arise to meet critical production deadlines.
• Maintain accurate supplier information in the MRP system Item Master.
• Process material returns, as needed.
• Comply with overall company 5S and lean initiatives.
• Adhere to the Company’s Safety and Housekeeping policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or technical school certificate
• HVAC Industry experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP software.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
