What to Expect

Communication and processes driven by our Mission and Core Values allow us to serve you better. We not only truly understand your skills, but also the unique needs and desires you have for your next career move, allowing us to quickly and accurately identify the best opportunities for you.

While frequent and transparent communication occurs all throughout working together, there are seven main stages of our placement process.

Step 1 of 7

Initial Communication

We are always looking for top talent and reach out to potential candidates through phone calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn. If you haven’t heard from us yet, and are on the hunt for a new job, please Contact Us. The first conversation with a member of our recruiting team starts the process of getting to know you and what you are looking for in your next opportunity.

Step 2 of 7

A Closer Look

After a phone conversation with one of our skilled recruiters, they may schedule a time to conduct an interview to dig deeper into your resume and career goals. These interviews are most often conducted virtually, but face-to-face, using video conferencing. Our recruiters provide feedback on your resume and interview skills.

Step 3 of 7


At the conclusion of, or in the days following your interview, your recruiter will give you an overview of any current openings in which you may be interested. You’ll work together to determine which opportunities you would like to pursue, and then our team presents your candidacy directly to the client for consideration.

Step 4 of 7

Client Interview

Your StaffSource recruiter and client support team will assist in scheduling interviews when requested by the hiring managers. In addition, we’re here to help make sure you are as prepared and confident as possible!

Interview Feedback

Following each interview, you should receive feedback as soon as possible. We promise to communicate any information provided and keep you updated throughout the process.

Receiving an Offer

Understanding all the details of an offer is necessary to making the best decision for your career. We do our best to ensure you have all the information available and answer any questions.
