We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Support Representative specializing in Retirement Planning to join our client. This role is critical in providing personalized support and guidance to clients as they manage their retirement assets through our trust services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of trust and retirement planning concepts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries about retirement trust accounts, investment options, and distribution strategies.
  • Account Servicing: Assist clients with account setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance of retirement trust accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Guidance and Education: Provide clients with detailed information about retirement planning strategies, tax implications, and estate planning benefits associated with trust services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare account reports, and ensure all documentation is completed correctly and promptly.
  • Collaboration with Advisors: Work closely with trust officers, financial advisors, and legal professionals to deliver tailored retirement planning solutions for clients.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience while adhering to company policies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to retirement planning and trust services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retirement planning, trust administration, or a related field. Experience in a trust company or financial institution is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
    • Proficiency in financial concepts related to retirement planning and trusts.
    • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals.
