Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- PHR or SHRM certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Exemplify excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience managing a departmental budget preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different functional groups
- Demonstrated planning, organizing, and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly driven, proactive, and results oriented
- Problem-solver with a proven ability to take initiative
- Experience with MS Teams and Zoom.
- Valid US driver’s license required
- Ability to move around freely, lift at least 25 lbs., and sit or stand for extended periods
