Job Description

IT Support Specialist II

Location: Folsom, CA (some local travel required)

Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Can move to remote work 2 days a week after 90 days)

(Handling Clients Remote, On-Site Client Visits Occasionally)


Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist II who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing MSP environment. The ideal candidate will be confident juggling multiple client issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving a wide range of technical problems—primarily remotely, with occasional on-site visits for hands-on support.

This is not a siloed helpdesk role—candidates will own issues end-to-end and interface directly with clients, making strong communication and time management skills essential.

  • Occasional on-site support (travel within Greater Sacramento)
