Job Description
About the Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects in alignment with plans, schedules, budgets, specifications, and quality standards. This role requires professionalism, collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, and the ability to manage all aspects of project execution from start to closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project startup, including permits and licenses
- Analyze and scope subcontractor and vendor bids
- Oversee the full RFI process and tracking log
- Oversee the submittal process and tracking log
- Lead project scheduling and updates
- Manage owner and subcontractor change orders and change order logs
- Create accurate financial project projections
- Work with senior leadership to maximize profit and mitigate financial risk
- Assist the superintendent with inspection requirements from local authorities
- Mentor, train, and support team members while reinforcing company processes
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, design teams, consultants, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
