Construction Architect

The purpose of this job is to oversee to meet

department objectives and initiative assigned to the design team,

including new building designs, building expansions or remodels to

meet established scope, design standards and general professional

standards. The Corporate Architect role will lead multiple design teams

of Architects and CAD designers in architectural project design through

all phases and work alongside the project team to successfully

complete assigned projects.

Essential Functions 1. Participates in the conceptual design and provides full support

through the entire project.

2. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Pilot brand and partner

3. Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects.

4. Coordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate

technical solutions and product strategies. Can be relied upon to

present directly to leadership / stakeholders on technical and design

solutions.

5. Responsible for oversight of Architect 1/Architect 2 design processes

and project management, as well as project management of external

architects and consultants.
