About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our IT team and grow with us! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in information technology.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve basic technical issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Assist with user account setup and password resets
• Support network connectivity and printer troubleshooting
• Document solutions and escalate complex issues as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or IT certifications a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
