Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant
Full-Time | 100% On-Site
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help grow our online presence. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, responding in a timely and professional manner
• Track performance metrics and report on growth and engagement trends
Digital Advertising
• Use ad-building tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Ads) to design and launch promotional campaigns
• Assist with basic copywriting and creative direction for ads
• Monitor ad performance and flag results for review
Office & Operations Support
• Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
• Assist team members with tasks and projects as needed
• Help maintain office supplies, vendor communications, and general organization
• Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors
Qualifications
• Prior experience in an administrative or marketing support role preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms and ad tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Nice to Have
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills
