StaffSource is thrilled to announce the addition of Rob Driver as a Business Development Manager in our Technology division. Originally from Chattanooga, TN, Rob is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant (2019) with an MBA from The Citadel. He has most recently been serving as the Director of Recruiting for a large engineering and utilities firm. When speaking of his love of recruiting, Rob said, “Marine Corps recruiting was the defining moment that I realized I could influence, change, and have a direct impact on lives.”
Outside of work, Rob is passionate about giving back to other veterans. He serves as an ambassador for several charities devoted to helping veterans and first responders across the U.S. specializing in advanced therapy and reintegration through sports and team building development. He also enjoys playing golf, working out, and cheering on the Vols.
