Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       The Account Coordinator is responsible for handling all orders beyond the sale regarding existing or completed orders. This position is the focal point for customer contact as it relates to the process of the order.

·       Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable, and other projects as assigned.

·       Receive orders and verify accuracy against purchase orders and supplier quotes to ensure proper shipment entry.

·       Answer incoming phone calls

·       Issue purchase orders and monitor acknowledgements and ship dates

·       Maintain customer files and issue invoices

·       Maintain Accounts Receivable and collections

·       Collaborate with sales and office staff on all communications

·       Follow all Warehouse Optimizers Inc. policies and procedures

·       Maintain the "Total Satisfaction Experience" standard

Job Requirements

·       Proficiency in Purchase Order, AP, and AR processes

·       Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint and general PC skills

·       CRM experience preferred

·       Sage 50 or QuickBooks preferred

·       Strong interpersonal and phone skills

·       Team-oriented with growth mindset

·       Ability to work with minimal supervision

·       Sales or customer service experience

·       Detail oriented with math and spreadsheet skills

·       Associate’s degree or college equivalent

·       Ability to read and write English

·       Non-smoker

·       On-site work required

Physical Demands

Long periods of sitting and computer work are required.
