Job Description
We are once again looking for some help with admin needs for the Knoxville office. I’m not 100% certain what the job duties will be – a lot of it depends on the candidate. Here are some of the skills / abilities we’re looking for:
- Full-time position. Primarily located in Knoxville, but may cover in our Sevierville office.
- Experience greeting customers, answering phones, doing some “computer work” (i.e. reports, cover letters, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office ( Excel and Word primarily ) and Adobe
- Accounting experience would be a plus, especially on the accounts receivable side
- Ability to learn new programs as needed
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Being a back-up for Misty and Paula as needed
Again, the specific job duties for this position will depend a lot on the skills they bring. Both Misty and I have quite a lot that we’re trying to manage and I need to have some “give” in my staffing in case of an extended absence.
