Brand Ambassador

Job Summary:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, personable Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand face-to-face at events, retail locations, pop-ups, and in public spaces. You’ll build authentic connections, drive awareness, collect feedback, and help convert interest into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-the-ground representative of the brand at events, trade shows, retail activations, sampling campaigns, or community outreach.
• Educate prospective customers about product/service benefits in a conversational, authentic way.
• Distribute marketing materials, samples, promo codes, or swag.
• Capture qualitative feedback and report customer sentiment, questions, and competitive intel.
• Drive event engagement (e.g., demos, sign-ups, social media check-ins, challenge participation).
• Maintain brand standards in appearance, messaging, and behavior.
• Meet or exceed activation KPIs (leads collected, demos completed, social tags, sales referred).
• Coordinate logistics with the marketing/events team (setup, tear-down, inventory tracking).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Outgoing, energetic, and confident in front of people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
• Reliable with punctuality and follow-through.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; travel as required.
