Responsibilities

- Learn and adhere to call scripts to sound professional and authentic
- Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, booking calls, and assisting with customer concerns
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments
- Handle high-volume calls while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Use customer service software to record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Maintain communication with your manager and dispatch
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes and customer experiences
- Be comfortable with technology, as you will be using phone systems, CRM, and other software tools daily
- Stay up-to-date on the company’s service offers to provide accurate information and suggestions to customers
