Customer Service Representative
Purpose
To provide professional and friendly customer support by answering inquiries, directing calls, and assisting customers with information or service needs to ensure a positive experience with the organization.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member as needed.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, procedures, and general inquiries.
- Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up or resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns or complaints.
- Update and maintain customer records with accurate notes and contact details.
- Assist customers with navigating company websites, portals, or forms as necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Identify urgent issues and escalate to supervisors or the appropriate team for resolution.
- Support administrative functions such as data entry, documentation, and scheduling, as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other common software applications.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus.
