Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media, email, display, and more).
- Manage SEO/SEM initiatives to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Oversee social media platforms including content creation, posting, and engagement to grow followers and brand awareness.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, campaign data) to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ads, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
