Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Marketing Leadership: Own and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Content Creation & Representation: Be the face of the brand across video content, social media, and public-facing materials. Confident on camera and in-person.
  • Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to showcase our projects, values, and lifestyle. Drive organic and paid growth.
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute seasonal, product-specific, and location-based campaigns to support occupancy, bookings, and new site launches.
  • Creative Direction: Oversee photo, video, and brand asset production to ensure aesthetic and narrative consistency across all channels.
  • Networking & Outreach: Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry gatherings. Build meaningful relationships with influencers, local leaders, and potential partners.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the executive team to identify and cultivate new growth opportunities—B2B and B2C.
  • Metrics & ROI: Track performance, measure impact, and iterate based on what drives engagement and conversions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or growth-oriented business development
  • Strong social presence or comfort being the front-facing voice of a brand (on camera and in person)
  • Proven success in creating marketing plans and executing cross-platform campaigns
  • Highly skilled in storytelling, content planning, and digital marketing (especially Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and YouTube)
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, lifestyle branding, or luxury consumer products is a strong plus
  • Self-starter with excellent taste, aesthetic judgment, and a strong networker’s instinct
  • Capable of balancing strategic planning with scrappy execution in a fast-moving environment
