Job Description
Systems Analysts leverage warehousing expertise and software to provide excellent customer care through effective customer onboarding, daily troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the current system.
The Senior Systems Analyst provides oversight, direction, and first-line accountability for other members of the team.
Outcomes:
· Demonstrates willingness to serve customers and team members. (Ongoing).
· Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher in onboarding and support surveys.
· Complete onboarding processes within estimated timeframe for 90% of new customers.
· Deliver 90% of Projects within the agreed timeline and budget.
· Resolve X% of user issues within X hours
· Analyze Helpdesk Tickets to identify trends and help establish ongoing targets (3 months)
· Implement at least three system improvements per quarter.
· Document and measure time and cost savings from improvements. (This data will be used to set future time and cost savings goals.)
