Inside Sales Representative

Do you have a drive and a hunger for sales? Are you tired of working nights and weekend? The Inside Sales Rep position is responsible with the coordination and processing of rental sales!

Hours will be 6:45am-5:15pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, dispatch, and route vehicles
• Generate sales though incoming and outgoing calls as well as customer walk ins
• Foster customer relations
• Answer telephones and direct calls to correct individuals or departments
• Responsibility for maintaining inventory control and security
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment
• Coordinate with shop staff regarding repair status and availability of equipment
• Develop sales proposals and/or presentations from customer inquiries
• Support sales staff demonstration and sales agreements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
• College degree (business, sales, construction) preferred.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes, Web-browsers, and must be able to develop functional ability in the use of proprietary software.
