Job Description
We have several new openings for Helpdesk professionals in a large enterprise level environment. This positions will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and resolving basic computer and/or software issues
- Password resets
- Provide tech support for hardware/software in a primarily Windows environment
- Manage user's active directory and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in a Helpdesk role, preferably with a large corporation
- Prefer someone with an Associates degree in a technology related field
- Professional communication skills with end users
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows based software and Office 365
