Job Description

We have several new openings for Helpdesk professionals in a large enterprise level environment. This positions will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and resolving basic computer and/or software issues
  • Password resets
  • Provide tech support for hardware/software in a primarily Windows environment
  • Manage user's active directory and providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in a Helpdesk role, preferably with a large corporation
  • Prefer someone with an Associates degree in a technology related field
  • Professional communication skills with end users
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Ability to troubleshoot Windows based software and Office 365
