Entry Level Technical Support – Training Provided – 2nd Shift (3:30-Midnight) / Weekends Included

Knoxville, TN

We are seeking IT Technicians to join our Knoxville team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients and we will provide a thorough 4 week paid training process. 

This is a great opportunity for recent/future graduates or anyone looking to get their foot in the door of the IT industry – paid training available!

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift. This is an in-office position.


  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions


  • Minimum 2 year degree in computer science or related field
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
