Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

Location: Vonore, TN

Pay: $22.00–$34.00

(Based on Experience)

We’re partnering with a leading East Tennessee manufacturer to hire an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift opportunity. This is a great fit for a maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, minimizing downtime, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Install, maintain, and replace motors, bearings, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related components.
• Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Work closely with production to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
