Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
- Assist with contract drafting, revisions, and document tracking
- Maintain case files, schedules, and compliance documentation
- Support corporate governance and regulatory filings
- Coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners
- Manage deadlines and ensure accurate record‑keeping
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or equivalent paralegal certification
2+ years of paralegal experience in corporate, litigation, or professional services environments preferred
Strong understanding of legal terminology, document formats, and research methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal software is a plus
