Plant Manager

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Engineering or related field from a four-year college or university.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, strong preference in a precision machining environment.
• 4+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Production Supervisor, Value Stream Manager, Superintendent, or Manager).
• 3+ years in Aerospace (AS9100).
• Experience working closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to drive delivery and performance.
• Demonstrated experience acting with urgency and being confident in making informed but prompt independent decisions in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge in GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2018 standard.
• Experience with Six Sigma; Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) or higher, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Even Better:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field.
• ·Previous experience in an executive level leadership role (Director or above).
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Master Black Belt.
• Experience in Project Management, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Experience with 5-Axis Milling Platforms and Multi-Axis Turning Centers strongly preferred.
• ASME Y14.5-2018 foundational GD&T level certification is a plus, advanced level strongly preferred.
