Project Manager

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (commercial or residential).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, construction sequencing, and industry best practices.
• Proficient with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (but not required depending on experience).
