A rapidly growing manufacturing and engineered solutions company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial fabrication and installation projects from kickoff through completion. This role will lead project execution across estimating, production, procurement, installation, budgeting, and client communication.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoys managing complex industrial projects while working closely with engineering, production, and field teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial and industrial fabrication projects from initial planning through final delivery
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, labor tracking, and material costs
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, components, and hardware
• Work closely with production and field installation teams to align fabrication and installation schedules
• Ensure fabricated products meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing project communication
• Support contract reviews, change orders, forecasting, and project reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related projects
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes including cutting, forming, welding, and assembly
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and AutoCAD or similar software
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience OR equivalent industry experience
