Overview

The Specialist II role provides advanced support within a designated business function, contributing to key operational, technical, or administrative processes. This position requires strong analytical thinking, the ability to manage complex tasks independently, and the capacity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support companywide initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Support department‑specific operations, including data analysis, documentation, reporting, or system maintenance based on assigned discipline.

Review, analyze, and improve workflows, reports, or processes to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with internal partners, leadership, or subject‑matter experts to execute projects, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on goals.

Maintain and update system configurations, content, or documentation as required by functional area.

Prepare data, reports, or materials to support compliance, auditing, communications, or training needs.

Coordinate vendor, partner, or cross‑department communications to address issues, execute contracts, or support project rollouts

Assist with planning and executing departmental initiatives, campaigns, or training programs.

Ensure all work follows internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and company standards.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, accounting, technology, or a related field (depending on department).

Experience with data tools, software platforms, or technical systems relevant to the assigned function (e.g., Excel, Alteryx, tax or procurement software, training platforms).

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data, identify variances, and recommend solutions.

Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and cross‑functional.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
