IT Support Engineer II

Location: Folsom, CA (some local travel required)

Type: Full-Time


Role Summary

We are seeking a client-facing IT Support Engineer II who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple clients. This role demands a tech who can quickly diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues—primarily remotely, but with occasional on-site client support. Candidates must be confident, proactive problem-solvers with strong communication skills and a solid foundation in systems and networking.

The Engineer II will take on escalated issues from junior techs and should be comfortable owning and managing more complex troubleshooting across a range of technologies.
