We’re excited to introduce Tike Goddard as the newest member of StaffSource! Tike comes with over a decade of experience in recruiting, having worked in multiple sales and recruiting roles throughout his career. His commitment to candidate-centered recruiting aligns perfectly with our values, and we’re thrilled to have him on board.
Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, Tike is deeply rooted in the community. He and his wife, Alexa, have been married for 11 years and are proud parents to two children, a 10-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter.
In his free time, Tike enjoys being on the water, golfing, and exploring the scenic Smoky Mountains. He’s looking forward to his journey with StaffSource, saying, “I have always been a candidate-centric recruiter, and I’m excited to work for an organization that prioritizes that model.”
Fun Fact: Though Tike considers himself well-traveled, he has yet to venture outside the U.S.—but Canada is on his list for 2025!
