StaffSource is thrilled to announce the addition of Jorge Santana as a recruiter in our Technology division. Originally from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Jorge recently retired from the United States Marine Corps after 22 years. Throughout his military career, he served in a variety of diverse roles and locations including Japan, Kuwait, Iraq and more. Primarily focused on recruitment and training to shape the future of the US Marine Corps, Jorge has led successful recruiting stations in Orlando, Nashville, Charlotte, and most recently Cleveland. Transitioning to a new facet of recruiting, Jorge says, “In my post-retirement role with StaffSource, I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact by connecting individuals with new career opportunities.”
Outside of recruiting, Jorge is married to his wife Nathalie, whom he says has been his unwavering support system through the highs and lows of military life. They have two children, Kamilah and Ethan. Jorge loves spending time with his family, cooking, and listening to music.
