We’re excited to introduce Pedro Zambrano, the newest member of the StaffSource family. Pedro brings a distinguished 23-year career in the Marine Corps to our team, where he served with honor in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. His extensive experience includes leading recruiting teams across Texas, Arkansas, and Arizona.
Born in McKinney, TX, and raised in Dallas, Pedro is a proud father of three daughters—Lucy, Samaya, and Giana—and a devoted grandfather to Benjamin and Xiomara. His family, particularly his wife Laura, has consistently supported him throughout his career. Pedro notes, “Laura and I have been married since 2008. Her support during my time on recruiting duty was instrumental to my success.”
Outside of his professional achievements, Pedro is passionate about staying active and giving back to the community. He enjoys fitness, hiking, and engaging in volunteer work, reflecting his commitment to both personal well-being and making a positive impact on others’ lives.
