StaffSource is pleased to announce the promotion of Brandon Deskins to Vice President of Staffing Services and Partner. Brandon originally joined the company at our Nashville office and relocated to our Knoxville corporate headquarters in May of 2022. Originally from Catlettsburg, KY, Brandon, and his wife Sandy reside in Jefferson City, TN.
Brandon retired from the United States Marine Corps after a nearly 31-year career where he got his start in recruiting. At his retirement, he was the senior Career Recruiter in the Marine Corps having spent 25 years of his career at all levels of the organization from the local recruiting station to the national enterprise echelon. Over his recruiting career he won many awards, was twice meritoriously promoted, and attained the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant placing him in the top ½ of 1 percent of the Marine Corps. After a quarter century devoted to changing lives, the transition to StaffSource and our “high touch/high performance” model was a natural fit. One of Brandon’s favorite duties is bringing new recruiting talent to StaffSource and being an integral part of the entire team’s growth. In his words, “Breathing into the team, and watching them learn, perform, and grow holistically, gets me up every morning”.
Aside from leading the team, Brandon enjoys all things firearms, working on his land, spending time with his wife and daughters Tabitha and Natalie and his Sheltie, Iyla. Brandon and Sandy also have two other older children, Matthew and Taeyah, who reside in Kentucky.
